Grocery Haul, Shopping and Budget tips, Raw Food diet - Part 1

Part 1 of 2

Groceries for three on a budget - a 75% raw food diet eater, a 7-year-old kid who likes "normal" food, and my husband who likes mostly vegetarian but doesn't like a lot of vegetables, haha.

This is what I got for $105 (including a $10 can-opener. Trying to feed my family healthy wholesome foods, as much organic food as possible. I show how I figured out my shopping list and tried to keep under budget.

What do you do with the butter?

I used it yesterday to make my son garlicky soba noodles. I also stick it on popcorn, bad I know. I've allowed myself to be able to eat some favorites still, and popcorn once in a while is one of them. I also use it to get my dogs to eat their medicine.

Oh hai! Have you heard about - fast abs magic (do a search on google)? Ive heard some decent things about it and my friend got hot 6 pack abs and lost crazy amounts of fat with it.

good food choices...learning to sprout and having a indoor / outdoor garden may save you a few $ as well.

i have an electric can opener that is retro green.. I got it free on the side of the road.. it is so UGLY! But that sucker works EVERYTIME.. go retro if this one fails LOL I think that's funny.. Great haul.. I would so be juicing those greens up..
