There are two sides to every man. Che, like other polarizing historical figures was no different. Even George Washington, hero to most Americans would have been considered a terrorist by today standards. It only depends on whose side you are on. Che believed in what he fought for. There is no debate to that.

my uncle actually went to join him at the age of 17. there is a picture out there of him and che. of course my mother is ashame. But i often comment on how not many 17 year olds do know whats happening past their neighborhood. i am glad my uncle did and wanted to do something about it...
