penis festival 2009

'hounen matsuri,' better known to the foreigners living in japan as the 'penis festival' is a crop fertility festival held annually in order to insure good luck with future crop harvests. the festival is held in different locations and at different times throughout japan. this particular 'penis festival' was held in komaki, aichi, a small town north of nagoya.
