the more energy you put in, the more you can get out, just make sure you know how to turn all that run into UP and not.... crash into the wall. lol

i have a question for any or every 1... when going to a wall, is it possible to run to the wall, do a round off, then do a back summersault on the wall and front flip it????

@to2d2 anything is possible, but that would be very hard, ive seen people do round off back tuck and step off the wall... but never punch off the wall into anything.
