If you guys want a cheap gainer just buy peanutbutter and take 4 or 5 spoonfulls a day. its cheap and will add 600-800 calories to your diet a day.

heres some real advice kids -- don't use weight gainers or any supplements (other than protein powders) until you're at least 18. Just listen to your appetite, and eat slightly beyond it to gain muscle mass, or slightly below it to burn fat. Don't go to the extremes. These calorie charts are bullshit because your body doesn't burn a fixed amound of calories per day, it fluctuates.

The fact of the matter is, Nick, eating large calories makes you take big ass doodies in bowl, like that of a wild hog. You're in cutting season now to take in less calories and more fiber, AHHH ASPARAGUS, u love the way it clouds and adds that musk to your urine u brolic mother fuckah u. With fewer calories and more fiber u should shit effortlessly like a champ, 1,2,3 easy out the butthole. So listen up everyone, the subconscious reason for Nick's B.B. hobby is based of his bowel habbits.

Well explained. I'm bulking at the moment and never thought about taking TOO MANY calories will just start building unwanted fat. I was so focused on NOT under eating that I didn't realise. I always thought the more calories, the better when bulking. I will have to calculate my calorie intake for gaining weight and stick to that to maximise muscle and minimise fat. Thanks for the info.
