  • This song is beautiful and sad at the same time

    I love it !

  • I love this song!!!!

  • @ninjamitsuki I don't have a problem at all~ Hahaha. Well, I've listened to Nightwish for a few years, and if you can understand (albeit, it's pretty easy now) what Tarja Turunen sings in English, everything else is pretty easy.

But, on a serious note, I don't think ToshI's accent from the time of "Art of Life" until now is that strong. XD

  • @KoreaxxLove My only problem is that I have trouble understanding some of the words sometimes.

I'm making an Oliver cover of this right now. It really is a beautiful song...

  • @ninjamitsuki Quite the contrary. His accent isn't too prominent (even less now), and ToshI's voice is one of a kind. I like this the best. ^_^ But, to each his own, I guess.

  • @Panczekolada I feel the same way when it comes to the accent.

It's a very sad and haunting song, and the lyrics are too, but because of the accent it doesn't quite have the full efffect.

It's why I like the Sweet Ann cover better.

    感動します

  • epically beautiful. a haunting song.

  • I can already see the hate coming at me but I don't really like it. The song is great, but the singer's voice just misses the right notes due to his accent. It'd sound much better sung by a western singer.

I don't want to sound like I'm bashing X Japan. It's just that mixing western style with japanese artists doesn't do it for me. Accent limitations.
