@musicluvaa4833 Green tea cake taste good as it is, but if you want to pair with other sweets, I would recommend a piece of chocolate (dark, milk, white- all would taste good)...

Chef Kumi, i tried to make caramel yesterday and i ruined it,it didnt taste like a caramel at all and hard like a candy :~~( i once at the 3 layers cake (brownies, pear mousse and caramel mousse)> can u please teach me how to do it? hehehhee.... thanks a lot Kumi Shan :).
