Dutch Chocolate Pudding Tofu.

2-12oz firm tofu
1/2cup of milk,half/half cream or soy-milk
1/4 cup of sugar
1/2 teaspoon of vanilla
2 pk of Mates Pudding Mixes.

If you using Hershey Coco, use only 1 tablespoon.

Blend together well tofu, milk, and sugar until creamy. Add in the two packages of Mates Pudding Mix. If you need to add more milk do so until you get the right consistency. Pour in pudding dish, chill for 1 hour. And serve.
