Libtards should just stick to eating urinal cake and forget about becoming instant experts on yellow cake.

@the82spartans Meaning no disrespect toward your FIL, but as I do not know him personally that doesn't inspire much confidence. It still sound like a chain letter with at least three links. The military, police, hospital workers and teachers are great sources of Urban Legends -- dunno if they believe them them selves or not. A Mig-25 had twin rudders. Mirage fighters have a single rudder. If you google "mig 25 buried", you might find the same pics.

@fredfighteru -- It was not a chain letter, but rather a fowarded e-mail that had photo's attached of said instalations with the yellow cake. It was from a service member, I think a US Army officer as may are forwarded to me from my stepfather, who is a retired Army Colonel. Haven't had time to go back and see if I still have the e-mail as its been years.

@the82spartans You mean you got that information in a chain letter? Information sent via chain letters is almost ALWAYS wrong. I strongly suspect many are started as part of a deliberate disinformation campaign. Like Obama is giving New Mexico back to Mexico, or Bush is creating concentration camps for Americans.

Tell the whole truth... the only reason to leave out facts is to deceive. When UNMOVIC returned to Iraq in the fall of 2002, the yellowcake, reactor fuel, and other nuclear materials tagged by the UN (actually, the IAEA) was exactly where it was when UNSCOM left.
After the invasion, the US waited weeks to visit the site. THAT shows how concerned the administration was about that yellowcake. (Ran out of comment space)

@fredfighteru -- I will try to confirm but I think it was an e-mail I recieved with a photo that was definatly a Mirage (not a mig) 1/2 buried in the sand somewhere in the mid-east and it said it was Iraq. It was a while back so it may now take some research but i'll get back to you... thx.

@the82spartans I don't remember any French Mirage fighters being found buried in Iraq. I do remember one or more Soviet-era Mig 25s being found there. Can you point us to more information about the Mirages?

Tell the whole truth my friend... the only reason to "leave out" facts is to deceive.
Saddam kicked out the UN, so... Saddam was guarding the weapons, not the "UN" as you say.

Thank you for debunking this bullshit.
@jasonla85 You didn't want to watch the video? The video shows that what you are saying is not true. The yellowcake was under UN safeguard since before the 1991 Gulf War.

@Ithnktr4im First, Yellowcake is not a weapon, it is not potent enough to make a bomb and Saddam did not have the capability to enrich it. None of the yellowcake was stockpiled after 1991. The UN checked the yellowcake once a year since the first gulf war and it was legal under international law or they would have removed it. The last check on the Al Tuwaitha Nuclear Center was in January of 2002. Furthermore UN inspectors were allowed to return to Iraq under resolution 1441 in November of 2002.
