My interpretation of the look.
I used artist Pigments called Pearl Ex as explained in the video these are not made for the eye so use at your own risk :)

Snow White
Lemon Drop
NYX:
Penny (I transferred this out of the awkward bottle into the big bottle you see :D)
Pearl Ex:
Micro Pearl
Brilliant Yellow
Blue Russet
M.A.C.:
Carbon
Face Secrets Shadow blender was my main brush I used for everything
MAC 266 for lining my eye
MAC 242 to pack on some red at the end
