Hole in Weather 02 - Near Rapid City, South Dakota, Weather Modification?

I find this strange to be a perfect circle or hole in the weather. Strange Hole in the Weather Near Rapid City, South Dakota - Close Up. May 24, 2009. Weather Modification? How does this stay a perfect Hole in the Weather? At 11:10 PM Eastern Time there is a Hole in the "P" of "Rapid City" South Dakoka. As the Storm Moves, no clouds show in that area and in the Movie #3 at 11:55 PM the Hole has moved to the "R" in "Box Elder" South Dakota. The Hole moves WITH the storm. Is it a UFO inside the storm or some other weird phenomena? Cloud Ship Maybe?

That is a radar shodow. The area Directly above the radar was blocked.

Radar does not move WITH the storm, a radar station would stay in one play, what I recorded moved with the storm to another location. The only way this could happen is if it were a radar truck on wheels going in the exact direction of the storm, bypassing the roads. I don't think so.

Does NOT seem to be moving WITH the storm to me. It looks like it expands and contracts, but is stationary -- especially when compared to the red and yellow section of the storm. Let me guess, is it a high level government consipiracy to keep that small area from getting any rain? Government shooting lasers or leprechauns in the atmosphere? Cloud ship floating to Unicorn land? Haha...probably just an artifact of the Doppler radar tower in Rapid City. Peace.
