The part about the religion is right. But appealing to nuclear technology as a sign of power looks like inferiority complex. It's not a bomb that can destroy the half of the planet that is going to say how good your country is. Successful countries know it: invest in education, tolerance, sustainability. That's what I think Christ would be for.

@FelipeBellani2 You are right. This is why Ahmadinejad is talking about NUCLEAR ENERGY and never does he mention a nuclear weapon. The Supreme Leader of Iran has issued a fatwa to declare nuclear weapons as prohibited under Sharia Law. Iran seeks nuclear energy since this will incredibly boost its economy (by exporting all its oil which is sold cheaply domestically), and this progress of independent nations is what our fellow Western secularists fear so much.

So you can't love Iran if you don't respect the decision of the vast majority of Iranians, and even less if you love Israel so dearly as you do, a country which constantly threatens to nuke the Iran you hypocritically claim to "love".

If the majority of Iran disapproves of Ahmadinejad and the elections are rigged, then why don't they overthrow him? Are you claiming the people who overthrew your CIA/Mossad-backed Shah dictator and his most powerful army of the region and most murderous secret police, today are incapable to do the same against one man and a bunch of clerics backed by no world powers?
