At any rate, the very fact that Iraq has democratically run elections, modern healthcare facilities, opened and functioning schools, not dictatorship rule, the world's strongest military as it's security, and growing infrastructure kind of lends more to it being relatively stable. Relatively is the key word, compared to most arab countries anyway.
