  • @Anonymous1995 then again, gasoline also costs twice as much there... So there's that. Still an incredible saving over there, and here.

  • @Paulpunkrocks ... If it's a hybrid like that one, it's probably because it's a CVT Transmission, which would mean it only has one forward gear..... So, yeah. I would imagine that gear change would take FOREVER...

  • i've drove one for work, those gear changes are so long in an automatic

  • @kylearoberts Too bad diesel costs 2x as much in the UK as it does in the USA.

  • In the UK, a vehicle of this size with a diesel engine can easily acheive 50mpg combined...

  • @tcbecht88 i bet even if that myth was true keeping the AC on the recycle mode will keep the air cool enough for the duration of the stop light. byw having lived in florida for 5yrs i know wat you mean by ac is required

  • The Ford Escape Hybrid Achieves Best Fuel Economy in its class. 425+ miles on a single tank 30+ miles per gallon. Technologically Advanced electronic instrument cluster and Hybrid Drive System. All for just $32,795.

  • @tcbecht88 I think they have ways to keep the a/c cool when the engine is off but I forget what exactly it was.

  • I heard that when some hybrids do the auto stop feature, the a/c tends to not cool very well. True? False? I live in Florida, so a/c is a necessity.

  • @HelpSaveMotherEarth depends on the outside temp
