@thecubsare1 same here, i always short arm it and have no accuracy, and it always beats the shit out of my elbow and shoulder... on top of already having a shoulder injury

Fellas, The video is informative, an approximate shoulder width athletic body position, is sufecient for good balance & maneuverability, there are basically 2 different types of throwing techniques, infielders & catchers should have shorter arm movements than outfielders and pitchers, without dropping the elbow and pushing the ball, which happens when one drops the elbow. This will help, but remember you need to have a shorter arm arch, and throw from close to your ear. Not only do you have to have a strong throw but you have to release faster. Also proper footwork is a must. Good luck! I hope you can improve!

Thanks for posting this. Im a catcher and i some times have trouble makeing a throw from the plate to second during a steal. I hope this helps
