@ShowMeTheCurry Coconut oil might offer up a different, yet pleasant taste on this!

The recipe is very forgiving. I was microwaving it 2 minutes at a clip, stirring thoroughly in between. Nuked it about 5-6 times (maybe more). I was doctoring it up with some canned pumpkin puree, as I had a "mash up" of ideas in my head for pumpkin pie inspired pedas. It worked. I might play around with the recipe more. Awesome, super easy. The hard part is waiting long enough to let it cool. Delicious! I added about 8 oz of pedas, a few pinches of cinnamon, nutmeg & cardamom. =30 pedas!

hi made it and come out nice .
but mine peda are white instead yours are yellow how come ? and when u eat it it feels like sticky in mouth so is it any wrong ?

@smansi18 : The color of the milk powder determines the color of the Pedas :)
As for sticky, they should not be very sticky - try cooking them just 1 minute more next time.

@smansi18 : For this recipe we have not tried ghee. Let us know if you do.
