Got a couple of questions for ya....
Are you tired of breaking that one weight loss resolution you make to yourself year after year?
Do you have health conditions that you could control with diet and exercise?
Do you believe that in order to get fit it costs a whole lot of money that you dont have?
Are you considering weight loss surgery, diet pills or some other drastic option to get health?
Well before you go that way or give up, maybe this is the answer for you....
Here is the WII FIT CHALLENGE 2010 Edition 30 day challenge
Many of you may have already given up on your weight loss resolution for this year, but dont.
You are so worth this effort and investment in yourself, so lets do this together.
There are guidelines to keep you on track so here they are:
Before beginning any workout or diet plan please consult with your physician and a nutritionist to come up with a plan that suits you or make modifications to this one to work for you.
You must use your Wii for at least 50 percent of your exercises.
You may use the following software for your Wii Fitness program: Wii FIT Wii FIT Plus

EA Sports More ACTIVE
Biggest Loser
Strength Training
Your Shape featuring Jenny McCartney
Golds Gym Cardio Workout
My Fitness Coach

I suggest you go to the Wii website, www.wii.com to view descriptions of the software game suggestions in order for you to make an inform decision of what would aid you in meeting your fitness goals.
The challenge is going to start with 30 days.
Each work out session is to be at minimum 20 minutes long.
You are to do 20 workout session for this 30 day challenge.
Diet, consult with a nutritionist. I am eating more veggies and fruits, cutting meat out and using portion control.
Do not eat after 8pm.
Get at minimum 6 hours of sleep.
Journal your progress. Some of the software if not all will help you do this.
Weigh in will be once a week and they will be for you to track and you only.
Check in with a vids or comments.
Find an affirmation for you to recite to yourself in the mirror. Mine is
Hey Girl. I love you and more than anything I want you to be comfortable, healthy and happy. More than anyone and anything you are worth my time and my efforts. So today and everyday afterwards I will show you just how much I care and love you, by taking better care of you. I will not give up on you nore will I let you give up on yourself. So lets do this and do this right.

For those of you who don't have anything positive to say... keep it moving. I hate it when people always have something negative to say when someone is trying to accomplish something positive. This is simply a different way of accomplishing a goal. If it's not for you, or you wouldn't do this way fine, but don't knock someone else for trying something different.
