I like this message Louie's preaching, but there's one part in it that I don't agree with. Somewhere in this message he says something like, "The world doesn't hate you. This world hates Christ. If the world hates you, then you need help." I don't think I quoted that the way he said it, but that was the general idea he was giving. However, in John 15:19, Jesus says, "As it is, you do not belong to the world, but I have chosen you out of the world. That is why the world hates you."

@ExtremeFaithInJesus That's the same thing really. The reason they don't belong to the world is because Christ is in them. If not for Christ the world would indeed love mankind. That's my take, I guess!! I pray you and yours had a blessed Christmas and have a great new year!!

@TheMrwombat72 It was a great Christmas and new year! :) We had some friends from church join us on Christmas for some fun games and movies and this was a special new year for me, because 2012 is my graduation year!

@ExtremeFaithInJesus Fantastic!! I'm alot older than you, but I still remember my senior year!! How is your youth group?? I am pleased to say we have a great group of kids that are on fire for Christ!! Their classmates know what they stand for and are still voted homecoming kings and queens about every year. They are a great witness in their school! I wish mine growing up was as on fire as this bunch is...but we all seemed to be one thing at church and another outside of it.

I'm just so happy God didn't give up on me. It took me walking away from Christ and a divorce for God to regain my attention. If it were not for the grace of Jesus, I would be lost!! Sorry about the rambling, just wanted to share for whatever reason!! LOL!! God bless!!
