Chris gibson's the acne free in 3 days secret is that there is no "secret diet" in this, there is a 3 day fruit fast... that is the acne free in 3 days diet. The thing I didn't like about it was that it was only a small portion of the book... there could have been more practical and applicable information in the book.

Acne free in 3 days is a 7/10 ebook at best, A lot of information but not enough stuff to actually do to get rid of your acne.

@1Tapplin I am not 100% sure of anything, but I know that if you use it that you will at least see a difference and that is good b/c it get's better when you start to learn the right way of going about it.

@RammminDeGoat I agree, it's good... and better than using benzoyl peroxide or 95% of the junk out there but it's as action oriented as it could be.  Mine doesn't require an enema... nope!

I agree because i have Acne Free in 3 days and i have not start the program as yet, but about 75% of that book is irreverent !. I am thinking of getting your ebook because i dont want to do the enema, ...or does ur program require enema?
