I rode on this section several times on the works train with Upnor Castle. Of course the speed in them days was 10 mph.

I was just a tourist mostly getting wet in the summer coaches but I was mightily impressed with the turn of speed and power of the grey beasty. Despite the showers of soot I thoroughly enjoyed the run and cann't wait till we can ride coast to coast.
