  • You are very wise beyond your years...I STRUGGLE sooooo much with eating healthy...my problem is I can do it for awhile then the minute I indulge in that stupid cookie or candy or cake, I'm back to eating crap again, and the cycle continues. How do you STAY stopped, how do you not take that first bite of binge food again?

  • Hi dear, thanks for the recent comments and connecting to my channel. I really like your screen name. My problem is I am not stopped . I still deal with HARDCORE and massive bulimic bingeing - I binge but then I purge so that justifies (in a sick addictive sense) the ability and "desire" to keep bingeing since I know it's not staying in. Everything is planned out and the binges are massive, complete and utter crap junk food that feels demonic... it's that intense (the bulimia). I understand.

  • I'm all for eating more raw food, but all the 100%ers are just so skinny and don't have physical strength. Humans are capable of being quite strong, why would we naturally be high energy, high stamina and very low strength?

  • I bet to differ. All the ones you speak of are the ones who are healthiest and have the most energy - from what I've seen and I've been in the community over five years now...seen a lot, learned a lot and some of the best athletes are all raw, lean and very strong and fit.

  • Raw diet athletes excel in things like marathons and endurance sports. Like i said a raw food diet normally means a person is high energy and high stamina, but low strength. I think that eating raw is an option but not the only option. Nearly all male models and athletes are on non-raw diets. How can someone create a beautiful healthy body on a non-raw diet if it is so bad for you?

  • You are allowed your own opinion, I do not wish to debate anything here. All I can say is you can't see what is going on in the inside, just because the outside looks or appears to be fine doesn't mean the inside isn't wearing and tearing and breaking down or setting itself up for eventual poor nutritional related disease.

  • This is fantastic! :)

The conclusion that you've come to (basically that anxiety over healthy, raw food is irrational) is so unbelievably valuable.

Congratulations on your revelation, and THANK YOU for sharing this with all your loyal subscribers that may have confusion/anxiety/fear surrounding food. You have obviously already come a long way, and though your journey may not be over, you have given them a healthy ideal to strive for.

  • Hey - I'm so sorry you still struggle with this disease, did treatment help at all? I love all of your advice on here, it is brilliant and you really have a lot of wisdom. And you are so very right, bingeing is demonic.....anything to keep our focus off of God. We become a slave to the food. cheers xoxox

  • herbs! avocado! and lemon are all key To be honest I always preferred zucchini hummus over sprouted legume versions. A lot of people really love to add raw tahini to it as well.
