try to do them on your knees at first or lift weights you are able to lift until you get stronger.

One Handed BOTH Legs

Then Cross One-Handed One-Legged

(I dont think this is possible after trying umpteen times) ..impossible to maintain balance for me-->

Serial One-Handed One-Legged is extreme of the extreme One Leg One Hand Only ON THE SAME SIDE
