Lucy in round pen 2/12/09

APHA registered, Lucy is very easy to work with and she really tried to please. We were totally comfortable working on scrubbing even back legs without any worry she would kick. She had total trust in us. She has basic halter breaking, leading, tieing, and picking up feet. She is ready to be saddle broke.

She has the bloodlines to be an all around horse.

Her Dam's Sire, Louie Blue, is a full brother to the great Blue Max APHA Champion, who's get have emassed over 8,300 points in 18 events. Other notables in her pedigree include: Blue Mark, Mark IV (APHA Champion, 3 ROM's Superior Performance), Sonny Dee Bar (AQHA Hall of Fame, Sir of offsprings with over 24,000 points), Skippers Lad (Sir of Skippa Star, World Champion Hlt), Skipper W, Sugar Bars (AQHA Hall of Fame), Dual Image (APHA Champion, 2x National Champion), Custus Rastus (Sire of a Supreme Champion, Superior Halter, and Superior Performance horses), Leo (AQHA Hall of Fame), Three Bars (AQHA all of Fame), and many more greats.

She is out of a tall exotic overo mare and sired by a black and white tobiano stallion, Cheifpoco. She is half sister to Rosie.
