@BadKidProductions1 When you are in the video mode, go to menu > video quality > set it to HD 720p.
I've also taken all of my videos with my camera set horizontally instead of vertically, but I'm not sure if that actually has an effect (I do however, believe that it does).
The default setting for the HTC thunderbolt with youtube is NOT HD 720p, and it comes out looking really weird/bad on the default setting.
Remember you can only record about 2:10 of video, if you do more you can't upload.
