quick question. when do you use short wraps vs. long wraps?
billywitchdoctor100 8 months ago
@billywitchdoctor100 - It mostly has to do with comfort and protection. If you knuckles hurt from hitting the heavy bag, it's time to go to the longer wraps. I find the short wraps are fine with a floor standing wavemaster, but not enough protection for a hanging heavy bag.

@icywytesoljas - HaHa! You are very observant. How could you tell the difference from my normal whiteness. LOL! This video took about ten takes. It was difficult to hold my hand still so it didn't leave the screen. My hand was going numb from holding it in the position for so long.
