Tweener, stroker and cranker are how you release the ball. Strokers have a smooth release with little wrist rotation and low revolutions on the ball (typically 300rpm or less). Tweeners have a similar release to a stroker, but they turn their thumb out on the back swing, which gives more wrist rotation and more revolutions on the ball (usually 300rpm or more). Crankers have the same thumb out rotation, but they pull up on the ball much more (pull and plant release). This can provide over 500rpm

Ya, the clash has the lightbulb core, the bash has the ice core, which was a great ball. I am getting this ball from a friend, and i was wondering what patterns u recommend this ball for. Light med or heavy. i kind of know its not for heavy, but i do put alot of torque on the ball. Thanks

Very strong for a budget ball, The Bash is the one with the Lightbulb core right?
It has a sort of ovalish, football-shaped core. I agree that it is a stronger-than-expected reaction for a ball of that class, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that. It actually was intended to be a swapout ball for my El Nino when the lane dried up, but it has become my main ball now. Carry is decent, shot 247-222-179 in league last night. The third game was partly due to exhaustion (20+ hours no sleep at that point) and partly due to the lanes drying out badly.
