  • ray allen always shoot while facing the ring even if it is a jump shot, a 3 point or a fade away shot. just like what he said dumb

  • he said michael redd, ray allen, kapono are the best shooters in the country

its funny how they all do not hv the form he is showing

  • @Jordan3445 completely true mate!

  • i think this will help if your starting.... but when it comes down to it. everyone has there own style of shooting it and their own habbits.... i have found out that if it works then i don't see a reason to really change your shot.... unless you are looking for form.

  • @xXBlakeXxH Exactly. The key to a great shooter is consistency.

  • @cm1993h thank you!you are very correct,my form is between Ray Allen and Kevin Durant's and ppl always tellin me i gotta be textbook but it works perfect for me cuz im a great shooter and it jus feels comfortable.

  • look at ray allen release and then go to kevin durant........great shooters arent always built off disicipline......every person have to develop their own jump shot, rythm and release timing.....me personally i find it better releasing the ball over my head with my right arm at a 4 degree angle(i tihnk)

  • you wont be able to use this effectively in a game. you dont have any time for all that. all you do is keep the follow through and wrist flick and you will be fine

  • @monkeris That or they have minor game slippage like everyone does.

  • Ohh cmon look at pro basketball players their hands aren't "correct" placed ,but still they shoot so good.In my opinion there's no such a thing like correct hand placement.Everyone have to choose what hand placement is suitable.
