  • all the vids seem to scare me off rather than want me to go there :S

  • @MrGoomantash We are very sorry to hear that. Hopefully you find a university that is the right fit for you.

  • I go to this school and feel constantly lonely there

  • @doubtfuldreamer Please know that there are many people and services on campus that want to help you feel happy and supported. Go to the Student Affairs web site for a list of services, or call

  • Honestly, I watched this video a year ago and I said"pff I doubt life is a fairytale like they've said" But All I got here was just that, a fairytale story that I still can't believe I am a part of..

A Year later, I can say this was the best choice I have EVER made and I recommend it to anyone!!! It made me feel like I am important and I felt like all my new friends cared..in a way that I can't describe. I feel at home and I was homesick...I walk in my hometown proudly wearing my leather jacket!

  • Can I ask if you guys have any clubs or councils, any extracurricular activities?

  • Oh man, I hope I get accepted here. Can't wait!

  • On the + side though, it's again, a good university to study because you're kind of stranded 3 hours away from Toronto. Have a lovely library, like Stauffer that's closed till 1:45am after October then February. Profs and staffs tend to email you back relatively fast. At least I felt that when I was applying to university and calling to ask questions.

  • IT'S A GREAT UNIVERSITY TO STUDY, BUT GRADE 12'S, SOON TO BE FROSHS, please don't pick the university because it's pretty. Because I think every student here realizes when the rain comes down hard, it just looks like a bunch of buildings. Look for the good profs, aim high, go into a competitive program. I think Queen's has some good profs here, and they'll tend to care more about you from 2nd year, when class sizes are finally just under 150-200 :D

  • Looks amazing though :L

  • @xiaotheman So how are you liking it?

  • @HelloCaille anyway because they either ignore you or push you off to the side. I have written many letters to them of my disgust with this apartment and barely anything has been done. Our cupboards are rotten for frig sakes and there are pests crawling from them! When they came to fix the problem they said there was nothing they could do about it until we caught one of them... are you kidding me?! We told them what type of bugs they were and they didn't do anything!!
