I have heard flapping noises, like books flapping or the window blinds flapping. I have also heard like a loud truck or lawn mower type of noise. It was so loud like it was tight by my ear.

relax and know it will be over soon. I haven't had a "omg I'm stuck" episode since i was a young child but now in my 30's sometimes i feel like my whole brain/body shakes violently before i can open my eyes. It sucks but I know eventually it will stop.

Everytime I've ever experienced SP its sounded like soft surround sound whispering, like peaceful spirits are flying past me and I can finally detect them... or some shit like that.

Once I fully understood sleep paralysis n how it works ive never had sleep paralysis again,except sometimes but it isnt scary anymore I can control it

I heard a loud nosie the other day that was a bit like the beginning this but faster, I interpreted it as water or someone making sloppy sounds with their mouths
Started with a sort of fade and and then it faded out after maybe 10 seconds,I realized a SP was going on so i closed my eyes in order to prevent any visual hallucinations, sometimes though I opened them out fo curioisty, but all i saw was a part of my room with blurred sight.
