I have a EZ0150 yamaha midi keyboard. I connect it to one of the inputs on the apogee duet 2.
I do the same with my mic. The mic works and receives a signal. The keyboard doesn't seem to be. I followed the steps, nothing is happening.

I do have a problem I run into so was hoping you could help me on it: I also have a Virus C and im using a Motu 828MK3 interface, The audio out from the virus is going tot input analog 3-4 of the motu. the midi out from the motu is going to the midi in from the virus. When I hit a key I can signal + midi light burning on the motu. However Im not hearing anything on my KRK's (they are on analog out 1 & 2) and I don't see a signal coming into logic?

sorry for not responding promptly, i was away! i will follow your instructions tomorrow and see what happens. again, thank you soo much for taking the time to help me......
By the way, the Tascam interface has already been set up with the iMac and the newest drivers for the fantom and the tascam has been downloaded, and yes the faders does work well with logic!!! now, using the fantom x6 as an external MiDi is the next big factor for me......
