Kyriaki: Instantly laser one, inject; laser another, inject, suture. Repeat until they're all gone.

Nous: When they first appear, excise the ones on the left and the top, since you have more than enough time. This leaves the ones that are closest to the scalpel, so it's a little easier to excise them in the small amount of time it gives you.

Sige: Gel/Scalpel/Inject/Drain(if necessary). Repeat. Note that missing a cut and causing it to create pus will break your chain.

Tetarti: From where they spawn, they will always go to the nearest spot counterclockwise (credit to Azn Psycho of GameFAQs for this tip). There's not much time to notice the colors, so be sharp on this.

Kyriaki x6: You're doing it wrong; you're not supposed to be here. :|

Bythos: The cores by themselves (after being lasered) still make hemorrhages. Injecting the serum will cause any hemorrhages to burst, breaking your chain. But if you did what I did at Nous, you already have a 50 chain by that time. :O

Sige x8: Same as before, except they're a bit more aggressive with the pus. After the second or third injection, Aletheia will be ready for cutting, so just get rid of the Sige as fast as possible. Or, if you want, you can replace the serum with the stabilizer in the pattern.

how is it that you get an XS after fucking up on the bythos part, but no matter how perfectly i perform the surgery i can't get more than a S rank?!

@killthemwithfirelol Probably because I still got a 50 chain by that time. Getting XS ranks is more about keeping the bonuses (including chain, time, no miss, etc.)

@Lashnakh Because if this was about real surgery, it would get pretty boring, pretty fast. You don't play epic music when trying to do brain surgery. You play it when a super-parasite attached to someone's heart gazes back at you and dares you to save its victim's life.

@0uendanagent In the world of Trauma Center, HIV and cancer have been permanently dealt with and are no worse than the Black Plague is to us now (Black Plague can be treated with antibiotics). Also, we CAN cure SOME kinds of cancers, just not all of them, and each has to be dealt with in a very specific way. We do seem to have a full understanding of what causes cancer: it's when the dividing of cells goes horribly wrong. But there are many, many possible causes of this.
