I bought this credit card sized lock pick set for around 7.50 GBP (~13USD).

In this video I demo using the set to unlock an internal door. As mentioned in the video, the lock is pretty basic. You can hear the rake sliding over the pins and then whichever pins are leftover after that are then bumped into place with the shaking. Although I say 'simple as that', It actually took me some time to learn the amount of pressure to apply, making sure I'm hitting the pins and when to try turn the lock.

With this set I've been able to unlock padlocks, patio door locks, more basic internal door locks and some common front door locks (e.g. your regular Yale door lock in the UK).
