  • ... when ur curling, u should use a dumbell instead of a barbell, that way u work out both sides of ur body evenly

  • Noted ... thanks for your advice!

  • Sorry dude, ur not that big

  • Nah ... my friend is not really an instructor. I am looking for some guideline as a beginner to do weightlifting but I don't seem to be able to find any DIY video or video that I don't need to pay (there are plenty in the Internet but I need to pay). So I just filmed the routine that my friend does and contribute to YouTube. That's all.

    Peace.

  • the movements are good man all he needs is higher protein intake and weight increments on those weights but he has the core movements down ...Good job guys

  • Thank you! I will certainly relate the message (and I shall consider taking the advice too!).

  • yeah ok twiggy

  • the comment below me has a smart point but dumb resons. Squats are proven to add the most "mass" to your body. It's proven u reach over 100 muscle fibers while preforming the squat. about the 3 times a week...lets change that to 1 or 2. your muscles need to rest. if you stimulate them, let them heal, then repeat u will get results. If you don't and u work out legs too often your legs will tear down, not build.

  • squats are a vital part of working out. you won't ever get ripped unless you do squats 3 times a week. it works out your legs, abs, biceps and everything. it also keeps your muscles balanced. you seriously don't want your biceps to be twice as big as your legs.

  • yeah well this guy does know some things about bodybuilding

for bicep workout though, try using dumbells (the single ones, one on each hand) and try not to use ur back like he does, only move the arm, nothing else

im sure u will get the technique done quite soon, just look for other people advice on internet and ask some instructors or your friends who are already in this business

    good luck ;)

  • Upright rows are brilliant for building solid shoulders, superset them with military press for max workout + Keep it heavy.

  • ... i dont remember where he siad he was some big tank?
