How about getting off your butt and going for a walk up an incline, or jogging, or running even (probably can't do that because you are too heavy)

Everyone finds what works for them, but as a general rule this is good. When you get up in the morning drink some water. Then until noon, whenever you are hungry eat fruit (I like to make smoothies with a mixture of frozen and fresh organic fruit). It is good to eat salads and vegetables afternoon and evening. You don't need supplements. I recommend reading "Fit for Life" by Harvey Diamond

Rachael, I was hoping you would show me a way out of pills to speedup my metabolism like a very cold glass of water before a meal not a synthetic enzyme. Are there other ways around pills to speed up metabolism?
