  • I find it amusing that 'iCufflinks', are open source, whereas Apple products, which the 'iCufflinks' name is a blatant reference to, is historically the enemy of open anything, whether it be hardware or software.

  • @Raxarax every company can improve, but apple isn't that bad in the OSS world - apple.com/opensource/

  • $128 is the price?

  • @Insignificantful correct!

  • @adafruit each!?

  • @coilsinamotor for the pair.

  • @coilsinamotor for the pair.

  • Can you wear them as earrings? that would be dope

  • Can you adjust their color?

  • @ryanstewart86 Hahah, I'm sorry, did I misunderstand? I was referring to how I think people will still pay the maker money for this even if it was open source, because not everyone has the tools or the skills to a pair for themselves.

  • Nice, but too freaking expensive. I'm looking over at the suggested videos wondering why? The answer: "because we can". iCufflinks is probably the only name Apple didn't trademark ;-)

  • @budakpisang you didnt read my comment at all did you!

  • @Raxarax Just because they don't use OSS as a marketing bullet point like Google does doesn't make them the bad guys.

  • @ryanstewart86 Oh come on, not everyone has equipment to machine blocks of metal into cufflinks..

  • @adafruit ooh cool thankx :)

  • What the fuck is up with using "i"?
