Hahahha. As well as baseballers wearing massive gloves, this catch was ~15m from the bat and the ball was travelling flat. When baseballers take jumping catches, it is way in the outfield on a high ball.

Cricketers don't wear mitts that double the catching area they have, and Collingwood wouldn't have been any more than 30 yards from the bat, way closer than any in-fielder would be in a baseball game
