I wanted to split the resources between multiple cities, since the Deity level makes it difficult to have larger cities in the early game. I didn't build there second because fish are not particularly useful very early on; they only give you extra food, which just makes your city grow too quickly.
Yes, it is version 2.42, the last version before Fantastic Worlds. There were earlier versions, but as far as I know they were not substantially different. It does not have the very hostile AI of Multiplayer Gold Edition, which is the only relevant difference I can think of for this demonstration.
