Video Art: Project 1 - Mixing different audio and video.

Project 1 for my Video Art class, we were required to take video of a scene or event going on, and then capture audio fom a different source. We then used the audio and video together and made a short piece using what we had shot. This project was to get us familiar with cutting and pasting different clips on the timeline, and for us to get familiar with how to edit movies in Final Cut Pro.

I had originally shot much more than just the volleyball scene you see in this video, but my professor advised me to just stick with one section to make it more cohesive. I will eventually finish what I had originally started and I will upload it when I get time to edit it some more. I will also edit the sounds in this video, so that every person will have a unique sound when they hit the ball. This will make it much more interesting, as the sounds will not be random.
