  • hey diva! I recommend NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil in Pots n' Pans for your lower lid. It's super creamy and it'll go on smooth whether you use a small brush or the pencil itself. Cute makeup look too!

  • I don't melt it in a pan, but it's so creamy, you can press it into a palette pan. In your vid, you transferred the silver pencil onto a brush. You can do the same with the NYX jumbo eyeshadow pencil; but this way it'll be easier for you because of the consistency. Also, you could just apply with the pencil itself..it super soft and creamy. (thats what I do sometimes) They make an EXCELLENT base for eyeshadows!!
