Acer Aspire 3680 Hackintosh

Acer Aspire 3680 running OS X Leopard, everything except mic and battery status working, updates also work perfect . This laptop is fully functional and I use it every day. I had windows vista installed before and I have to say that OS X is running 100 times better then vista ever did and I couldn't be happier with the results of this install. The video shows a race at boot up, HP pavilion entertainment PC model dv6000 with Amd Turion 64x 2 VS Acer Aspire 3680 with Intel Celeron M520 1.6 ghz

I was iDeneb 10.5.8 on the same machine.

But Now I Have a Snow Leopard 10.6.2 Retail Installation

with Empire EFI, if you want to Install It, Let me know it, In order to pass you the /Extra/Extensions needed for your machine.

How is snow leopard running on your machine? faster start ups and shutdowns? anything not working as well as when you had Leopard on it? I would like to put snow leopard on it, just that my install is still working so well. What are the specs of your 3680. Thanks in advance.

It works better than Leopard, The Shutdown and Restart ist Fast, and Everything Works!!!.

Internal Display QE/CI / External VGA OUT QE CI

Audio working, Mic detected but not working. with

LAN Marvell YUKON working with Apple Yukon2.kext - Info.plist modded

Webcam Working.

Broadcom Wifi MCM4311BKG working, With IOPCMCIAFamily.kext, also Atheros Wifi works!.

And the benefit of Have a Retail Snow Leopard with Empire EFI, Is that you Can use Apple Software Update!!

I have this old Laptop Acer Aspire 5032 with AMD Turion 64 processor with ATI mobile 256 mb graphic, 1.2 GB Ram. Can I install hackintosh on this laptop. Also which version of Snow Leopard can I install on this. Would appreciate your help.

Hey, Nice work, I have a Acer Aspire 5315, Your specs are similar to mine, I am running iAtkos 10.5.8, I have full support except for mic, Which kinda sucks because I make tutorials lol. Did you ever get support for your mic?
