I wonder if cutting out some female horse's overies would be considered "hillarious"? I bet the women here would have responded differently. The act itself is brutal and cruel, and the removal of dignity from that animal's situation was just sad. As for sexual predators, that is about control and dominance. It is best if the law incarcerates them for life, or puts them to death, so they are guaranteed never to do it again.
