The Wirral Way is a 12 mile pathway/cycle track that runs through the Wirral Peninsula in the northwest oif England, near Chester and Liverpool. It follows a disused railway line and was the first country park in England to be designated in 1973. Today it is maintained by two adjoining municipalities. This first section follows the Wirral Way in the direction of Hooton and was filmed at end August 2011.
