I think because of the budget they could only make music for the first level which was an old honkey tonk bar full of bikers...which this music would have fit for that area. But having it stick through the entire game was kinda goofy.

Paid like 50 or 60 bucks for this game when i was 7. Was forced to play it because i couldn't afford other games. This song will forever haunt my nightmares forever.
