Pure Filth (1984)

Warfare were a band that came speeding out of the NWOBHM era with a metal/punk sound similar to that of Motorhead and especially Venom. Along with having similar sounds, Venom also appeared on the album in the song Rose Petals Fall From Her Face. Mantas of Venom also played on their 1988 album A Conflict of Hatred

They also had producers for their first three albums who were from well known mentioned bands. Algy Ward of Tank produced Pure Filth, Lemmy (no need to explain this guy) on Metal Anarchy, and Cronos of Venom for Mayhem Fuckin' Mayhem.

  • Similar riff to Overkill's "Feel the Fire" (the song) and they both came out in the same year, 1984.
