Justin Bieber, Ciara, Hawks forward Joe Johnson, Victoria Rowell, and Atlanta City Councilwoman Lisa Borders were all on hand to lend their support to Usher Raymond IV's New Look Foundation as they honored former President Bill Clinton, Justin Bieber, The USTA, and more.

the sound quality isn't bad, but it's not bad and honestly both Ciara and Usher sounded good, not great and I am a die hard stan of both Ciara and Usher, I've actually heard better vocals from both of them
