@Gungeek Well, Let's see here------It is a copy of a Kentucky Pistol. You are correct in that it is modern made. I would guess a kit, and if I had to guess who sold it, the first place I would check is Dixie Gun Works in Tennessee. The lack of any markings whatsoever might lead me to believe that it could be a one of by a good maker. Especially since it is a target pistol with adjustable sights. I kind of lean to the latter possibility. If a kit gun, $ 150-200, if custom, 500+.

Hola.

That is a kentucky percussion pistol but from this picture I can`t tell if this is a real pistol or just wall decoration.

I think you're right about this as a kit gun. No manufacturer would let a gun go out without their name on it somewhere, and even the "kit" manufactirer wouldn't allow it either so I believe it's a "kit" made up of parts from "everywhere."
For example, the lock looks like a Spanish made one and the stock could have been bought from Dixie Gun works just like the rest of the parts. Many of these parts have no name or marks but the barrel should have a "proof" mark on it somewhere. Nice gun tho.
No little markings under the wood?

I dont really have the proper tools to take it apart and I would hate mar it up

Hey, a mystery! Might it originally be a custom job by a gunsmith, rather than a kit assembly?
Also, is any (safe) disassembly possible, to look for hidden maker's marks on the concealed components?
And does it appear to have ever been fired, before? Might say something about its history if it has or hasn't.
Hope you find out. Let us know! =^[.]^=
