Battlestar Galactica Finale Trailer (fan made)

Considering I've watched the show religiously and owned the DVD sets since their release dates I thought it was weird that I'd never done anything like this for the show so I decided to have a pop with footage of the final episode. It was inspired partially by an old Sky One advert for Season 2 which had a terrific quote from the Guardian kicking it off and since positive BSG reviews are two a penny I dug up some others for this.

I was torn halfway through as to whether this would be a trailer for established fans or newcomers. Granted newcomers are a little late to the party but never mind...

In the end I think there are some nice teasers for fans who may not have seen the finale without any crippling spoilers and someone who knows frak all about the show will get a vague idea about the style of it. The music used by the way, is Smell of Victory by Two Steps from Hell. Those guys rock.

What kind of programs did you use to make this?

This one was just Windows Movie Maker. I actually had a copy of Adobe... something or other but the computer I was using at the time wasn't up to spec so I couldn't run it properly. WMM can't do anything particularly advanced, but it's great if like me, you just muck about with this from time to time.
