my first encounter with top gear was the tesla story. if you google "tesla top gear" you will find many - not just one - article about how top gear misrepresents that car. so as far as i'm concerned jeremy clarkson is a WANKER. and i'm hardly a hater. just hate mis-info with a passion. he openly hates all electric cars. talk about bias...

I can't believe that VW would say that. If they keep killing new cars and concepts they will end up like Toyota selling the same bland car and no one will want them. New and unique cars sell, same old doesn't. A diesel convertible mid engined, it would sell if anyone felt it would be a reality

Clarkson is a moron. Top gear is a good show and he is a great laugh but nothing he says should ever be taken seriously. He rarely has a clue what he is talking about.
