The goal of the competition is to impress upon students (and their parents and teachers) that focusing on science, technology, engineering, and math can create a wide array of career opportunities, some of which may not be expected. The videos submitted highlight employees of Change The Equation member companies and the cool things they are doing with their STEM skills.
The winner of the contest will be the video that gets the most views and "likes" so "like" the jobs you think are coolest!

This video is not only very well done, but it is based on true facts and is very entertaining. I loved it and will show it to kids when I go to schools to work with them.
Great job.

@kazookinder ..I have looked at quite a few of them, and honestly find this one the most appealing to kids. Activision put out a good one as well. The Activision video is running a close second in my opinion.

Has anyone compared this with the other STEM videos? I'd hate to think people are voting simply based on corporate affiliation. We do want to encourage children, but if we're doing it on party lines or company encouragement, seems like it might get in the way of the end goal.

From an old retired aerospace Graphic artist -Douglas- this video is amazing. From the moon landing to this new advanced technology brings me to almost same excitement I had then. Now, let us hope our young adults get motivated with the passion of discovery.

While I certainly relate to the "indentured servant" post, that is the industry standard nowadays. On the other hand this is something I can show my Grandson to give him a better understanding of how cool I am!

This video is very appropriate for the target audience - 21st Century "kids" and "kids" in adult clothing! Thanks!

And most of it is real, including flying with half the wing shot off.
Cool.

Nice approach to making innovative engineering approaches meaningful to kids. Video-gaming storyline is easy for kids to relate to.

Very imaginative -- I like the combination of imagination and real-world innovation. And its message is applicable beyond Rockwell Colllins to any math and science education and career.
