Tragic end to young love. John Paul and Craig love each other, BUT, they need more besides each other... this is the tragedy. John Paul needs a open, honest & affectionate relationship. Craig needs yet more time to sort out his head.

LOVE knows no bounds. Why do we label boundaries to love? We can't... love's a powerful force to control and we kid ourselves by cataloging love. This is not a stereo-typical tragic gay story... this is a LOVE story without stereo-typical boundaries. Your first love ALWAYS tends to stay deep down in your soul for there are life lessons shared and precious memories imprinted that lasts for eternity.

Perhaps we shall get the happy ending us fans are looking for. As my friend, Timhotep, points out, there's plenty room for valid hope... yes, hope for Guy to make guest appearances and perhaps Craig shall come back and sweep John Paul away into the sunset. This hope makes my tears of sadness turn into tears of hope... the joy of thinking our McDean boys staying 'McDean' forever :)
